XA & The Lions Den Privacy Policy

XA & The Lions Den Forum User Agreement comprises these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Forum Rules, and all incorporated policies.

XA & The Lions Den website and forum are public.

Posts made on The Forum are immediately viewable and searchable by anyone around the world. You can also use The Forum under a pseudonym if you prefer not to use your real name.

Email addresses are required when creating an account. Unless you use your email address as your username, your email address will not be made public. When creating an account, the system will send a validation email to your email address to authenticate that the request is valid and for you to finish setting up your account. This is to ensure that your account – and our services – remain secure and to help prevent spam, fraud, and abuse through invalid account creation or other means.  You can change your email address in your account settings.

You can choose to share additional information with us, like a public profile. Public profile information will be made public.

In addition to the information you share with us, we may use your Posts as Featured Posts or in other parts of The XA & THE LIONS DEN FORUM website.

We want to hear from you if you have questions about this policy, how we collect or process your personal data, or anything else related to our privacy practices. You can contact us any time.

You are responsible for your Posts and other information you provide through our services, and you should think carefully about what you make public, especially if it is sensitive information. If you update your public information on The Forum, such as by deleting a Post or deactivating your account, we may reflect your updated content on The Forum.

It may be that from time to time; there may be a Post on The Forum which requires us to email you to follow up on more details or questions we may have to clarify information in your post further. You have the right not to answer any or all correspondence. If we do not receive a reply after three (3) attempts to connect with you, we will consider your non-response as your answer and will not make further attempts.
